Beach access
|
Bass Lake Outlet - continue north over the bridge, take the first left onto Thiele Road; go straight onto the clearly marked beach path where road hooks right. (Parking available on left side or road, several hundred yards ahead.)
Summit Township Park - continue north over bridge 2.1 miles. Park entrance clearly marked. Parking, picnic tables, play area and restrooms available.

Linens/Laundry
|
Best practice: bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. Huge time saver!
However, plastic tubs on all three levels of house contain sheets and towels of various types. Generally, basement has shower towels, beach towels and bedding for twin beds; main level hall closet has kitchen towels and fleece blankets; upper level has bedding for queen sized beds. Laundry facilities in basement. |

Water Filter
|
In basement closet, keeps iron and tannins from affecting drinking water and laundry.
Best practice: if system not set to cycle at regular intervals, push "recharge" once each day. |

Trash
|
There is no trash pickup. You are responsible for your own trash and may bring it to Summit Township Transfer Station at no charge, located less than two miles north along Lakeshore Drive, on the left, open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Close lids securely on all outdoor cans. New trash bags under kitchen sink. |

Miscellaneous
|
Thermostat is located along living room wall nearest dining room table.
Dehumidifier in basement is very helpful; please use and empty often.
Fans available throughout house.
Grill has extra tank. Please notify us of tank changes so we can refill the empty one.
Electrical system struggles with busy kitchen. Reset basement switch (between doors) as needed
Supplies in house are there to help you get by in a pinch. |

All household sheets / towels used during your stay washed, dried, and folded.
All fans off, thermostat at lowest setting, dehumidifier off.
All windows closed, doors locked, keys returned.
All trash removed from property.
